In my current role with Downtown McKinney's Main Street Program, I'm involved in a range of impactful projects. I've overseen the transition from traditional tickets to a modern Point of Sale (POS) system for Oktoberfest, enhancing efficiency for beer sales.Additionally, I coordinate entertainment for festivals like Home for the Holidays and Arts In Bloom, ensuring memorable experiences. I've updated the downtown business brochure and membership program, enhancing communication among stakeholders.I also manage private events at the McKinney Performing Arts Center and contribute to the Tiny Doors McKinney art initiative. Coordinating the Coffee Crawl and Night Market series adds to the community's experience.In promoting local businesses, I've instituted the Downtown Dollars program. My multifaceted role allows me to apply skills and creativity, strengthening our community's cultural and economic landscape.
