I’m a resource manager.I have over 8 years of experience in developing projects using FPGAs from different vendors (Xilinx(AMD), Altera(Intel)) with Verilog/SystemVerilog. Throughout my career, I have successfully completed various projects, ranging from simple serial interfaces like UART, SPI, and I2C to complex digital signal processing algorithms at up to 1200 MHz. For more than 4 years I have also specialized in verification with QuestaSim/Active-HDL/Icarus Verilog in accordance with DO-254 standard. In 2023, I decided to expand my skills and completed retraining in psychological counseling. Currently, I am studying under a European program in Psychological Counseling and Psychotherapy, specifically focusing on Transactional Analysis.In my role as a resource manager, I prioritize understanding project requirements and the skills of my team members. By aligning their abilities and interests with project needs, I help create effective solutions that ensure high-quality work. I actively work on optimizing resource usage and availability to meet project goals.I have strong problem-solving skills and a focus on achieving results. I am open-minded and enjoy communicating with others, which helps me foster a collaborative work environment.
