Managed the full life cycle of several critical projects for the Crew Management System at American Airlines. Led cross-functional teams consisting of a team of 35 on-site and offshore members. Implemented several agile techniques to improve quality that led to a 30% reduction in QA defects and the timely delivery of more than 15 projects. Helped standardization of Agile Training & Tools as a Scrum Master for HPE’s Agile Capability group. Especially recognized by the AA for delivering critical projects on time and under budget.

Responsible for the intake of all global requests for enhancements to a key SAP Application System that tracks financials of all projects within Hewlett-Packard Enterprise. This SAP Application is used by 120K HP employees and implemented several improvements in existing demand management processes to handle change requests from global HP teams.

Managed and led teams responsible for all aspects of Configuration Management for the Taxation Department of State of Ohio. This system is used by 2 million users. There were 30 environments and 150 resources working on this Java, J2EE, and Oracle-based project. Setup Change Advisory Board (CAB) to manage and control all change requests in software and IT Infrastructure. Implemented strategies, policies, and standards for Configuration and Change Management for the program. The CAB helped gain client confidence, and it significantly improved collaboration among HP and Client teams to implement this system.

Led and managed an Unemployment Insurance project worth more than $35 million with a 250,000 users’ base for the Job and Family Services agency of the State of Ohio (ODJFS). Led a blended team of 40 internal resources and consultants. Responsible for turning this red project into green and eventually delivering it successfully.

Responsible for the architecture and design of several projects to enhance the Order Management System. Designed and developed object model, Web Services, and validation Rules Engine using Java, SOAP, and XML. Re-engineered Wholesale Publishing application using ATG Dynamo, Java, JSP, and Servlets.

Responsible for the design and development of web-based tools for Risk Analysis using Java, J2EE technologies stack. Gathered requirements, designed object model, and created sequence diagrams. Developed Risk Management app using Java, Swing controls, JSPs, Servlets, and G4 object-oriented design patterns.
