Carried out door to door engagements as part of the Scottish Government's Smarter Choices Smarter Places project. Discussed households' travel habits and supplied information to promote the use of sustainable and active travel.Continued to work with the project after the household engagement to develop a number of resources and engage with community groups and primary schools.

Looked after a number of the SME accounts we held and ensured that the service they received was always of the upmost quality. This involved regular update meetings to monitor the account usage and make any changes to maximise savings as well as to keep the customers up to speed on the status of their account.Other roles included representing impc at networking and marketing events to attract new customers.
