My team worked closely with the Delivery Management Office (DMO) and the Operating Companies (OpCo’s) to observe and make recommendations for Portfolio Management best practices. We created a framework based on what we heard as issues in order to standardise and bring commonality between the OpCo’s; whilst maintaining an attitude of continuous improvement as we iterated through testing.
