Set up and led agency brand guidelines for all pitch presentations to streamline the high volume of work. Led creative direction for all pitch presentations. All presentations executed in Powerpoint and Keynote with support from Adobe Creative Suite.

Designed pitch materials for potential clients including: Keynote/Powerpoint decks, leave behinds and packaging from concept to completion. Fast paced work environment required quick turnaround for pitch decks.

Created and setup file naming structure for digital asset management. Executed workflow of Extensis Portfolio for all digital and multimedia assets. Ensured existing files were in compliance with set standards, and linked files with matching item records in the digital asset library system.
