I also oversee the development and monitoring of program strategies/ business plans, projects, budgets, and staff for assigned workforce programs and grants. In collaboration with the Vice President of Academic Affairs, I assist in the development, implementation and assessment of the strategic direction and goals of the Division.

Business Services offers a variety of professional training programs and assessments designed to increase one’s skill levels and assist with employment and/or career changes. We provide foundational skills development and employability workshops that are specifically geared towards the workforce of Southern Nevada. Our training programs and job skill assessments are career focused and developed by industry professionals and can be customized to meet the diverse needs of employers in Southern Nevada.Highlighted training and services include: Job Readiness and Basic Computer Skills courses, WorkKeys Job Skills Assessments and KeyTrain On-line Foundational Skills courses.I also developed customized training programs for local companies and government agencies. I am experienced in instructional design, needs analyses, development, and evaluation of training programs.
