• Assist local small businesses like Central Florida Home Theater in setup of customer’s wired / wireless home networks for computer and home audio / video applications. • Manage existing customer networks and improve performance of laptop and desktop computers through spyware removal, virus detection and removal, registry modification, hardware analysis, and data backups.• Provide phone service and support for existing clients when they have network problems and general technical questions regarding their home computers and laptops.• Design and host small business websites for local businesses while providing regular updates for content.

• Manage and diagnose store computer maintenance and corporate network issues. Regional support technician is not on-site. Corporate help desk is not always available. • Store operations processes and procedures to include managing 15 associates, inventory management (weekly cycle counts, pricing, quarterly inventory, warehousing), conduct opening and closing duties (cash deposits, securing store nightly by key and alarm code, and administering job duties for the day), customer account reconciliation, customer follow-up, store displays, mobile sales, and building maintenance.• Worked with general store manager to verify employees were meeting minimum sales requirements monthly and provided coaching for those employees that needed assistance, as well as driving daily business and sales goals.• Assisted local stores with retraining and developing new staff, standardizing policies and procedures which vary from store to store, as well as identifying profit and loss issues. • Assisted Regional operations team to define consistent store policies. Responsible for weekly inventory counts, as well as creating and implementing plan-o-rams for display items. Duties included overseeing the sales floor, assigning monthly/weekly/daily tasks to merchandising associates, and associate lunch and break schedules. Soho SpecialistPart-time position. Main responsibility was PC sales which required computer literacy, technical information, and the ability to respond to any customer inquiry. Became a specialist at providing customers with PC upgrade information. Secondary responsibilities included sales of all other store merchandise (mostly small electronic sales and car stereos), display set-up to Plan-O-Gram specifications, cashier duties, and stocking.
