As FIDF's national Director of Operations I operate as a key resource while working in tandem with FIDF's executive and department leadership in providing support across each sub-team to help strategically operate and develop the nonprofit organization. Within this role, I partner with key initiative stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify optimal and strategic processes, and develop SOPs and policies for future execution. This role supports the development and delivery of short and long-term business, fundraising, and financial goals. In addition, I play an essential role in the logistics, content development, and implementation of various immersive and engagement experiences.During that time I spearheaded one of the newest FIDF initiatives to build an engagement strategy with individual Jewish day schools (middle school and up) that broaden the students’ understanding and perhaps clarify their misunderstanding of the IDF, through the lens of FIDF's vital work. I leveraged my experience and expertise in the field of formal education, to bring FIDF into the Jewish Day School classrooms.

As Senior Development Associate in the Midatlantic Reigon, I manage and oversee critical National strategic efforts to develop and maintain an active, enthusiastic and working young leadership board in each of the three chapters in the Mid-Atlantic Region, Baltimore, DC & Virginia, with the goal of educating and promoting the FIDF mission through outreach, events, and fundraising from young professionals ages 25-40. I oversee Young Leadership Mission recruitment, while identifying fundraising opportunities both large and small scale for the young professional community. Additionally, I coordinate the logistics for all Young Leadership fundraising events, to include each chapter's signature annual gala. In addition, I will be the administrator for FIDF's premier IMPACT! Scholarship program that grants four-year academic scholarships to combat and combat support soldiers from low socioeconomic backgrounds.
