Leading and directing day to day operations of one of the largest Gas to grid AD plants in the UK. Responsible for plant safety culture and performance, delivering and maintaining best practice. Ensure plant is operated safely and efficiently to meet KPIs and satisfy investor expectations. Ensuring gas injection process meets technical and regulatory demands as laid out by governing bodies. Planning and rolling out annual objectives to increase revenue and control OPEX through process improvement.

Manufacturing responsibility for label and machine manufacture at a world leading company producing Fresh Produce Labelling systems. Holding daily production team meetings, dealing with all team support duties including performance reviews, time & attendance matters.

Production support for Flexographic print plant including maintenance and tech support for manufacturing plant. Process optimisation through machine setup and development. In addition to front-line support was responsibility for general factory and facility upkeep.

Technician within an Agrochemical plant producing herbicides & pesticides using continuous and batch processes. Dealing with repair, installation and commissioning of all instrumentation including flow, heat, pressure and weight. An excellent all-round knowledge of process control systems including electrical, mechanical and pneumatic working in hazardous and controlled areas. General maintenance, calibration and repair of process control instrumentation. > High level of Allen Bradley PLC and SLC programming experience. > Design and programming of operator interface SCADA systems > Played a leading role in an Instrumentation team during commissioning of a new plant. > Working with planned maintenance systems which included keeping records in accordance to ISO9002. > Optimise plant production through software and hardware mods. > Extensive three phase & inverter motor control experience, which includes fault finding, installation and control circuit design.

Electro-mechanical maintenance & repairs to laundry processing equipment including steam raising plant & waste heat boilers. Preventative maintenance on generator and battery backup supplies. Repair & maintenance of medical equipment including Autoclave sterilizers. Carrying out small works design, costing and installation work in line with IEE regulations.
