As a Product Owner within the Home Loans tribe, I am accountable for the design, build and implementation of various initiatives. These include; * A digital mortgage application via ANZ.com. * The industry-leading ANZ Qualify platform.* An iOS-based application that Mobile Lenders use to conduct customer interviews to validate suitability and affordability of mortgage applications. *eSignatures implementation across the home loans business for all channels (Branch, Contact Centre, Mobile Lending & Broker)Our agile-based squad can range from 5 to 15 specialists (Journey experts, Analysts, and Change & Implementation managers) depending on the project and need. Notable Projects: *Established a team at speed to investigate, design and implement an Industry Leading Broker toolkit (ANZ Qualify). This is one of the only Broker qualification applications to have direct integration with both the Core Decisioning Platform (Policy & Serviceability validation) and Pricing engine, giving Brokers certainty and reliability in results. *Business / Initiative lead representing the Home Loans tribe on the implementation of e-signatures across all distribution channels, in response to the impact of COVID-19. This allows the minimisation of face-to-face interactions when it comes to executing mortgage documentation.* Leading the MX and Non Binary initiative across all Home Loans systems and assets.

Single point of data capture for consumers and brokers alike.- Clunky and complicated compliance processes (Lots of paperwork and delays)- Unreliable and inaccurate affordability results when assessing customers borrowing capacities- Difficult to locate, understand and often ambiguous nature of lender policies- Core third-party functions required separate logins and re-key of data.Wins!- A collaborative consumer portal that allowed applicants to complete the entire fact-find process and upload documents from the convenience of their phone or computer.- 100% Paperless compliance process leveraging eSignatures (DocuSign) - Industry first platform leveraging a real-time, Lender managed assessment/serviceability API. Giving brokers trust in selecting the right lender the first time, every time!- A 'Lender Centre' that provided brokers with the ability to search and compare 30+ lenders across 50+ policies.
