Achieved reduced sepsis mortality, constructive peer review, and methodical evaluation of clinical programs. Impact: physician engagement increased from 50th to 93rd percentile (2016-2021).- Physician-led clinical program evaluation: Improved the process of program evaluation by medical staff leaders using balanced score card methodology and system service line resources to create local clinical staff support. Impact: Closure of open-heart surgery and creation of Thoracic Oncology program.- Successful transition to an internal hospital medicine provider. Transitioned to new pathology service provider in preparation for accreditation review.Community Engagement- Pandemic Crisis Management for Local Community: During multiple shortages liaised between health system resources and advocated local needs. Impact: Delivered PPE, started local vaccine clinic, and increased vaccine access to staff and physicians.- Opiate Crisis Management via Community Engagement: Partnered with local medical staff, med staff leaders (ER, Psych, Primary Care), and community leaders to create protocols and processes to combat the crisis.
