As leader of 50 electricians over five different crews, I am responsible for scheduling and confirming completion of every electrical maintenance item on the oldest operating nuclear reactor in the world. Coordinating with multiple divisions and outside agencies on a daily basis ensuring scheduled upkeep period was completed ahead of plan.

I was awarded the opportunity to train junior sailors to understand, record, and operate a nuclear reactor. Their training continued with the teachings of emergency response to fire with many other casualties, financial responsibility, and career development.

Ensured the upkeep, repair, and management of over 200 pieces of equipment while dealing with a shifting and arduous schedule. Worked hand in hand with multiple divisions and outside agencies.

Responsible for evaluating, hiring, and training of new employees. While leading a staff of 40, I also was accountable for insuring over 2,000 packages were dispersed to 30 different trucks efficiently and on-time.
