In July 2017 I started a new career path as a Transport & Asset Administrator for Hatton Traffic Management. In January of 2018 this developed into a Transport Coordinator and as of November 2018 I was promoted to Software developer to help with some exciting new areas within the company. As of June 2020 I am now a Systems Manager covering Operations Planning, being sole Administrator to a modern field service system, manage and develop our digital marketing and provide all aspects of hardware and software support for communications. I’m always keen to utilise my skills and help grow within the team.I have an extensive knowledge of the franchised automotive dealer network, working from Valeting when I was 16, to Parts Advisor/Manager and Service Advisor/Manager roles totalling over 23 years with Vauxhall, VW, AUDI, Skoda, SEAT, KIA, Fiat, MINI, BMW, Ford & Mercedes. In December 2016 I succeeded in passing my SEAT Service Advisor accreditation with a customer interaction score of 95/100, proving my hard work and enthusiasm as a team, and receiving the highest ever score obtained in the VWAG group. Working from the ground up, I have picked up a good understanding how each department works, and pass this knowledge on to customers giving a better experience overall. In a time where value for money and good customer experiences are key, I treat every customer as I'd like to be treated myself. Offering a unique customer experience, and when there is the time a complaint occurs I deal with each case as an individual and working solutions with the customer for mutual results.
