Headquarters Air Force Resiliency Directorate focuses on Sexual Assault Prevention and Response policy and law, domestic violence prevention, eliminating suicides and all equal opportunity employment programs. In this role, I serve as the primary confidential advisor to the Director of Air Force Resiliency, leading a front office staff to accomplish all mission tasks. I establish guidance & controls for all external tasks to more than 35 military & civilian personnel. We are also responsible for supporting the Air Force Task Force True North pilot initiative, which seeks to embed various helping agencies directly into installation-level units in order build resilient Airmen, increase help-seeking behaviors and decrease negative outcomes.
