Working in a workshop for a well known national coffee brand. I was responsible pre despatch assembly, calibration, inspection and certification of modern self use digital coffee machines. We also operated the company's technical support hotline, working directly with customers and a team of satellite engineers to directly fix faults in the field. This was done by simulating the issues in the workshop to provide real time solutions. Work was mainly mechanical, with some soldering to repair motherboards and other components, along with the relevant administrative work such as machine certification, updating customer and machine history and ordering of new parts internally and direct with customers.
