• Lead school to the highest CAASPP ELA and Math scores in the school’s history while the student free and reduced meal population increased at the same time.• Increased CAASPP ELA scores by 11.4% points year to year, the largest increase in the school district.• Introduced and successfully implemented Franklin Covey’s Leader in Me school transformation model, based upon “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People”

• Directly supervised six classified accounting personnel including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and benefits.• Prepared the highly detailed district annual budget, interim reports, and managed annual audits.

• Recognized by education policy writer Sara Mead in Education Week as one of "Nine People Who Will Shape Education in the Next 10 Years."• Provided successful leadership and oversight of the 240+ member teachers' association, resulting in being re-elected with over 96% of total vote.• Created and chaired the political action committee, resulting in the successful election of all endorsed school board candidates.

• Awarded a "Teacher Making a Difference" recognition by the California Parent Teacher Association.• Taught CAHSEE, Algebra 1 and Geometry to over 1,000 students over seven years.• Developed a website for student and family use to increase communication, differentiate pedagogy, and encourage technological engagement with students - 10,000+ page views each year since inception.

• Contributed to a teacher evaluation proposal with other teachers that was presented to LAUSD senior management and other education stakeholders in the Los Angeles area.

• Received political entrepreneurship and leadership training with other young professionals from various industries through this selective fellowship program.

• Coordinated data collection and analysis of 400+ Corps Members, 100+ Staff, 3,000+ students across 12 school sites to inform instructional and operational decisions at Los Angeles Institute.

• Directly supervised, mentored and trained 11 corps members during their summer training experience.

• Managed the administrative and technical requirements for construction of a new $165+ million visual and performing arts high school project in downtown Los Angeles.

• Assistant engineer on a $650+ million skyscraper for Goldman, Sachs in Jersey City, NJ.• Financial analyst for multiple construction projects ranging from $10 million to $650+ million.
