It is time the great works and life of Dr. Martin Luther King are praised and the torch be passed to ensure his legacy remains forever immortal. To do this we must face as a people the genius and remarkable impact he had legislating change during a time the fight for justice was critical and dangerous. One must be willing to give their life as Dr. King taught by his life. Ryan Law praises Dr. Kings work in equal rights legislation and change just as we all should; however we have made no friends openly and without fear preaching while the legislation is solid black letter law it simply is not being enforced at any level. This is our opinion from our legal and life experiences. We cannot promise results close to the great r. King but we will give our life if we can ensure the torch is passed to begin the second step. Litigation of serious consequence for violations of laws we protect and create as we decide. Equality under our Federal and State protection is not providing real world results in enjoyment of life and freedom. Fear still controls each second of our vulnerable. We are all brothers and sisters regardless of color, disability, financial inequity, educational differences or any difference. We all are different yes but we ARE ALL EQUAL. This is not a #hashtag - we are equal persons in the most literal since and suffering or failing to receive protections legally mandatory will not go without an always ethical legal battle.
