Preparing the line qualification documents as per customer requirements and update in Radar. Conduct routine audits on processes and Product. Highlighting the Daily top 3 issues of Functional wise and Cosmetic wise with the FACA in the CFT meeting. Complaint acknowledge, root cause analysis & CAPA for Customer Complaints. Conduct the Line study with the CFT & Eliminate the non-valuable activities to reduce the Cycle time for the Product. Perform FAI (First Article inspection) on NPI (New Product introduction), FCS (first Customer Shipment) and ECN (Engineering Change Notice) Products. New Line/ Line Optimization Change / Layout Change -Qualification Process and Buy Off Process. Analyzing field failures, implementing continuous improvement and benchmark projects Participate and Support quality related improvement processes as a partof the DRT (Defect Reduction team) or QT (Quality improvement team). Prepare and Presenting the Weekly, Monthly, Yearly department Reports submit to Management and Customer Provide guidance, direction , and review to the inspectors and OBAS (Out of box Auditors) & Perform other duties as assigned
