• Review documents to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and brevity of word choice and sentence structures• Evaluate elements of learning materials such as images appropriate to the content, titles, pages, correct standard text spacing, alignment, and space positioning• Check the content in accordance with the company checklist and follow the rules and style of British English• Chair weekly team meetings by turns and prepare minutes as necessary• Analyse and compare documents to ensure that the content matched the learning materials

• Proofread content, grammar, and style of students’ written work based on company standards• Teach English language to international students in different age groups• Prepare online classes using guided and/or personalized teaching materials• Tailor teaching style in accordance with students’ needs• Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students• Track and assess students’ progress through reports and tests

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters concerning the general manager• Work closely with the general manager for upcoming commitments and responsibilities• Handling correspondence directed to the managers• Planning and organizing meetings and appointments, and sending reminders to executives• Complete various administrative tasks for the general manager
