Summary:• Involved in Full life Cycle of Sales Recruitment.• Involved in End to End in US International Recruitment Process.• Sourcing, identifying, the Requirements from Top vendors to place Consultants in quick turnaround time in contract, contract-to- hire and permanent positions.• Marketing H1B, OPT, EAD, GC, CITIZENS/Bench Consultants by posting/submitting their resumes on various job boards/requirements.• Suggesting any modifications required broadcasting the consultants profile to Vendors on regular basis.• Negotiate the rate and billing terms and also sort out the issues in NCA/NDA/MSA raised by the legal team with the vendor/s or Implementation Partners.• Working with end clients’ requirements / Tier-1 Vendors / Implementation partners.• Interacting with Tier-1 Vendor or Implementation Partners network on daily basis to get the requirements and placing H1B/bench candidates in minimal turnaround time.• Experience on working with any job portals DICE, Monster, Corp to Corp, Career Builders etc.• Maintaining friendly rapport with the consultants and making them aware of submissions, vendor/Implementation partner’s calls and client interviews.• Handling post interview aspects such as follow-up with the vendor for interview feedback, POs Joining and MSA.• Keeping the management in loop on clients’ interviews, project start dates etc.• Coordinating with the consultant till he reports to the clients reporting manager.• Aggressive, dynamic & result oriented with strong communication skills.• Highly self-motivated and self-directed.

Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals. Sourcing tracking the resumes from various portals & Internal Database. Maintaining database of resume. Following up with candidates. Talking to the candidates and taking initial phone screening, understand their competencies & skill sets.Hiring fresher’s of OPT/CPT/EAD/H1B candidates for training & placement on various technologies.Preliminary Screening and scheduling the interviews for experienced consultant for direct hires to the company.Interaction with the Team leads and finalizes the deal for the candidate.Follow up with the candidate and make sure to explain the compensation benefits and other terms and conditions.Make sure to collect all the documents from the candidates. Get them on board for training (Entry level guys) or direct marketing (Experienced guys).
