I was part of a merger with PNC. The position I now hold is with Investor Reporting for Residential Servicing. I am a VP Operations Manager Sr who manages 6 direct reports. My current team is responsible for reporting to Fannie Mae and Ginnie Mae. Responsible for audit support and ensuring compliance is measurable and appropriately managed to decrease future citing. Our reporting process requires many tools and resources to provide accurate and quality reporting. Training and process improvements to reduce manual costs of errors and redundancy. I assist in developing my team members to reach their potential. Performance plans and mentoring opportunities. My direct team is responsible for Reporting, remittances and reconciliations. Critical thinking and analysis for making decisions o manual adjustments necessary to maintain accurate records and tie outs with the investor. As the adjustments are required we in turn must administer quality control checks to ensure stability and accuracy has been accomplished. A strategic quality control review of occurs on potential risks. Systems used Black Knight-Director, Microsoft Applications Access data formulation, Oracle and macro driven templates.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Manage four employees in performance of investor reporting, general ledger balancing and custodial reconciliations. Create and maintain departmental procedures and enhancements. Work closely with other departments within the company for functions needed for Investors. Develop controls for reporting and custodial reconciliations provided by LSBO vendor to provide tracking of outstanding issues and outages. Review and approve GL entries, wire remittances and reconciliations. Analyze and develop project solutions to streamline and provide efficiencies to compensate for gaps in processes and systems. Work closely with staff to ensure guidelines are developed and maintained with integrity. Annual performance reviews, developing employee performance plans and working closing with their goals to encourage their success. Reg AB, S&P, Fitch and internal audit support as required
