For some time, we provided our services for Azeri newspapers, since it was the only newspaper interested in publishing their news. Effectively utilized the Yeni Musavat newspaper practice and managed newspaper content via software that I created. Our web pages at that time were static, but by 2002, after I had learnt PHP, I was able to create dynamic pages and made use of MySQL to store information on our database. In 2003, a software that was formerly known as content panel, but later became known as Content Management System in 2005, made it easy to create dynamic web pages. For instance, it takes only about 4-8 hours for me to create a new website with several pages because I work as a back-end developer. In 2014, I learnt HTML5/CSS3, BOOTSTRAP and SMARTY and was able to discover how to bypass any back-end development when creating new websites. It is important to note that back-end development is crucial when creating or trying to change the structure of a website. That is possible when making use of SMARTY on the content management platform.Programming Duration: 3 software programs were developed during this working period.It took 6 months to develop the first software using Borland Delphi 7 and MySQL. 2-3 hours was spent each day, test-running the software.The development of the second software took about 1 year using PHP/MySQL, HTML, JavaScript and CSS. Our platform, provided with the VoD opportunity, will be a pool of the recorded events which can be purchased and consequently watched by users. Provision of multilingual subtitle support will make those events accessible for the users who do not have knowledge about the language the event was held in.
