Primary responsibilities are to build a comprehensive compete strategy to help our customers move to the M365 cloud. I own tooling, incubation, and process engineering for our global delivery. Our core team works with internal teams, our partners and our customers to analyze use cases, build migration solutions and deploy those solutions worldwide. We build strategy and process to make migrations simple, secure, cost effective, and repeatable. My role is to specifically pilot new tooling, incubate tooling, operationalize net new tools, and build migration processes at scale.

As part of the Security and Compliance team within Microsoft M365 Core Engineering, our responsibility was to secure the platform for our customers. My primary priority was modernizing the O365 encryption at rest strategy. This included design, modeling, development, program management and implementation. Other duties included, but not limited to, security design, policy hardening, white hat tactic development, source control, continuous integration, deployment automation, orchestration, containers, scripting, infrastructure automation, customer engagement and education, external documentation, impact scenarios, and general troubleshooting. As part of my role, I developed telemetry reporting to allow our customers discovery options about their farm. This allows them to proactively remediate and gain insight on how their environment is being used. We tackled various technological issues arising from different tenant architectures and designs including: OneDrive, Azure, Delve, and Yammer. Our work consists of solutions that allow for 100% uptime and minimal performance impact to the respective online fabric. In this role, I engaged a broad spectrum of individuals from developer, leads, ops, regional directions, CVPs, EVPs, and CIOs of major corporations. My primary experience is with Fortune 500 companies throughout the world.

Premier Field Engineers to provide Microsoft customers with reliable technical solutions to the complex integration problems associated with business solutions built using Windows SharePoint Services, SharePoint Portal Server and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server. Typical tasks performed in this role include specific problem isolation and correction, conducting application design and technical reviews, performance tuning, application stability consulting/troubleshooting, code reviews, porting/migration assistance, configuration/administration management, pre-rollout testing and general development consulting. The PFE role requires a long list of technology experience or demonstrated understanding of these technologies. From this foundation, the PFE position is exposed to many technologies, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, Content Management Server, Project Server 2007, SharePoint 2010, SharePoint 2013, IIS, SQL Server, development with .NET languages, XML and Scripting technologies, data access technologies, Search, Social, and Query Languages. Practical user mode debugging is a must in this position.I have worked with Fortune 500 companies throughout my career at Microsoft. Most of the work is global in scope and reach. Performance is key but scale and responsiveness is where we thrive as PFEs.

Primary responsibilities include configuring, maintaining, and supporting all departmental servers with the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries. Centralize and administer a distributed network over a wide area network, provide sharing solutions for departmental entities, redevelop and deploy departmental web presence, produce and recommend security protocols, establish perimeter security for buildings, direct and manage several student workers, provide solutions for distance education programs, backup and restore policies. Engage software vendors, negotiate software agreements.
