I work in tandem with our website provider, Dealer.com, along with other 3rd party contacts at ShiftDigital, HomeNet, and my favorite C4 Analytics. I have attended numerous overnight meetings or training seminars to help maintain our revelancy within the Automotive field.My position allows me to share the accomplishments of the Hoffman family and their hardwork in the communities across Connecticut.

I began as a sales person, and quickly shifted into being a helping hand with the social media and website. I learned how to develop social media postings as well as becoming a master certified sales associate.

My previous place of employment sold to CubeSmart and I quickly learned the ropes and garnered a promotion. Within my district I helped my Area Manager and District Manager share my knowledge of creating a log of monthly successes and tracking. My location within the Bronx rose in its occupancy, even with 2 competitors in my back yard. In my role I: created monthly schedules for my team, counted cash and completed bank runs, organized public auctions and their paperwork, ordered and organized merchandise and place according to plan-o-gram, attended company-wide webinars and trainings, as well as basic cleaning/maintenance of facility.

In working within the self-storage realm I was tasked with helping prospective customer find a suitable space for the items. I handled customer service inquiries over the phone and in person. I handled accounts recieveable in making collection calls and tracking in customer's accounts. I sold merchandise and rented units on any given day. I worked in every NYC borough, except Manhattan.
