As a Senior Business Manager with JAMS, I work collaboratively to lead the Las Vegas and San Diego markets along with emerging markets for JAMS, the largest ADR provider in the world. We respect the parties and their representatives and are committed to achieving the best possible resolution of their dispute. Together with a team of committed and skilled associates, we deliver these results by managing the complex practices of ADR service providers.In addition to developing strategies for success, I manage a team of associates, and work closely with the Regional Vice President to lead, manage, and facilitate efforts that align with overall goals and objectives. Responsibilities include operations management, panelist and associates satisfaction, and liaising with customers and ADR users to ensure the highest quality customer service. My extensive career includes management roles within Alternative Dispute Resolution as well as the legal field as a managing attorney.
