Human Resource Information System Manager
Current-Subject matter expert (SME for several solution platforms supporting the overall HR and business strategy.-Build project plans to support internald and external customers-Set technology priorities-SME supporting UKG Pro (Core HRMS/Payroll), UTA (UKG Time & Attendance), iCIMS (ATS and Onboarding), Journeyfront (Assessment Protocol), Paradox (Workflow Automation), Cornerstone (Compensation, Learning and Development and Performance Management).-Oversee related projects and process improvement initiatives to maximize our systems capabilities through automation and efficiency.-Identify and understand complex system issue while creating solutions to best support the business.-Needs analysis with HR COE (e.g., Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, etc.) on strategic initiatives, performing needs analysis' and recommending solutions as needed.-Manage relationships with third-party system providers/vendors.-Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product and service development, delivery, support, and application of key technologies.
