• Helped to implement new agency help-desk ticket system which incorporated client location codes to create a 35% improvement in ticket resolution time.
• Consistently closed over 100% more tickets than nearest tech while working on 2nd level desk-side visits.
• Primarily responsible for virus and ad-ware detection and removal.
• Created a database to track employee and PC locations throughout the building to help improve support and response time.
