I'm a local lad who is back working at my Local Authority. I get an immense sense of pride working to improve the community that I grew up in and where I still reside. I focus on delivering projects within Adult Social Care, usually with a 'digital' angle, improving the service experience for both the residents and social care professionals in Stockport. I work with a fantastic teamI'm also proud to be part of Partners 4 Change and the positive impact the 3 Conversations is having within Adult Social Care teams, both from the frontline practitioners and citizen's point of view. I'm very lucky to have worked with some brilliant teams and people, from all over the country, throughout my career and I am always looking to share my experience and knowledge of how the 3 Conversations can help reimagine Adult Social Care within a local authority, which proves time after time, through evidence based innovation and genuine co-design, we can deliver an even better service to those people who need our help.
