• Owner of the Profit- and Loss statement (P&L)• Compilation of monthly sales statistics for internal and external management consulting and provide essential comments to improve the Business• Create Outlooks (weekly and quarterly) to provide accurate numbers incl. Risks&Opportunities to Local- and Western Europe Management • Analysis of the cost development compared to budget and current Outlooks and active contributor of possible cost saving initiatives (sheet count, sheet length etc.) • Analysis of the monthly and annual results to drive growth and profitability of our portfolio • Lead budget process with coordination of all pre-aligned meetings with Marketing, Sales and Leadership team • Preparation of product calculations based on input from our mills in Niederbipp CH (until 2021) and Romagnano IT (from 2022 onwards) in the difficult environment of COVID and exploding costs of pulp and energy • Review of monthly accruals to have the correct impact on monthly results• Active contributor of development of proposals/measures to improve the results (Gross Margins, Market shares etc)
