The design, development and delivery of learning and staff development across the business. This includes career development and management initiatives for employees, along with leading our Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) team.

This secondment role includes finding creative ways to increase the number of internal opportunities that are available to staff, the creation of new communities within the business and the organisation of career development week. I also find ways to market the above opportunities so that they are visible across Jisc and co-lead our Mental Health First Aid.

Production and management of Data Analytics content and insight at Jisc. This includes marketing content for our products and services, as well as thought leadership pieces aiming to inform and educate the wider education sector.

This is a continuation of my role at HESA as part of a TUPE transfer. I produce a range of insights helping others to understand the true value of Jisc's data products and services. That can be through web and social media content, written articles, data analysis and more. Sharing the incredible power of what we offer is a privilege for me and I'm always.
