As the Shamrock Gardens Resident Services Coordinator,my position provides support to a our diverse group of residents, mainly family & youth, living in our SG community. As a motivated and resourceful individual who is sensitive to resident needs; my job creates excellent service coordination with teambuilding and group facilitation skills; I provide Case Work/Information and Referral Conduct by completing intake, orientation, and needs assessment of our residents, while constructing appropriate customized services plan that identifies services/benefits that best fit their needs.
