I am a Consultant for Legacy Community Housing Corporation, a non-profit organization that creates affordable and sustainable housing solutions for low-income families. With over five years of experience in business development and project management, I work with diverse stakeholders to raise awareness and funds for social causes. I am passionate about community engagement, social impact, and innovation. Visiting with orphans and families in Zimbabwe, Zambia and Cameroon, Africa, I found my passion to continue supporting micro financing projects and orphans while bringing that same spirit of compassion here to our growing hungry and homeless communities. Before joining Legacy Community Housing, I was a Land Development Manager at Lennar Homes Orlando, a leading homebuilder in the US. I planned, designed, and constructed residential projects, leveraging my journalism, advertising, and marketing degree from University of North Texas, as well as my construction management education from Seminole State College of Florida. One of my greatest accomplishments was building a start up medical practice with six satellite offices and a AAAA Surgical Center, overseeing every aspect of the operation and making it the top medical practice in women's health in Orlando. This experience inspired me to pursue a degree in construction management and to apply my expertise and passion to the construction industry.
