ROLE- Junior Design Engineer, Truck and Off Highway Department,CAD- Pro/Engineer wildfire 4.0Roles and Responsibilities:o Coordination of activities for project execution like receiving data from On-site Engineer, resolution of queries and delivery of work to On-site engineer,o Creation of concept designs for various components, feasibility and clearance check of new designs,o Pipe routing, hose routing and releasing their manufacturing drawings,o Design and/or modification of Casting, Plastic and sheet-metal components,o Manufacturing Drawings of Parts, Installation and Weldment Assemblies,o Releasing Supplier’s drawings of Hydraulic cylinders,o Creation of Hydraulic Circuit Diagram in co-ordination with Hydraulics Subject Matter Expert,o Routing of pipes and hoses as per Hydraulic circuit, and co-ordination with On-site Engineer regarding the use of Fittings,

ROLE:o Routine servicing and maintenance of the boilers (2 oil fired boilers and 1 coal fired boiler), Compressors, and pumps,o Ensuring the maintenance of proper pressure in the boilers,o Ensuring the proper maintenance of the material handling equipment like Fork-Lifts(16), Tao-Trucks(12), Palette-Truck(2) and Hoists of various capacities( from 2 Ton to 75 Ton),o Keeping repair and service maintenance records,o Keeping records of meter and gauge readings and fuel consumption for the boilers,o Preparing an Energy Audit Report so as to give follow up to the next shift Utilities Engineer,o Allocation of work to the workers and casuals, and supervising their work,o Giving Hot work permits, Height work permits, Roof work permits, etc. to the workers and ensuring safe working environment,
