I am pursuing a BA in English at the University of Toronto Scarborough, where I aim to develop my critical thinking and writing abilities. I have a keen interest in food media and culture, which led me to complete a graduate diploma in Food Media from Centennial College. There, I learned how to showcase the talent and creativity of the culinary industry through various platforms and formats.With a Culinary Management (Co-Op) degree from Conestoga College and experience as a line cook at Scale Hospitality and Pursuit Collection, I have a solid foundation in culinary arts and hospitality management. I am inspired by the many amazing chefs who have raised the standard of culinary excellence, and I hope to continue that legacy in my future endeavors.
