Successfully completing leadership training programs for Safeway, Inc. and Sam’s Club (Walmart).The grocery retail industry can sometimes be overlooked as a profession, but it is a billion-dollar industry that is high demand, fast paced, and a critical thinking environment.I learned valuable assets during my time in that industry. Such as multi-tasking, financial analysis, interpersonal skills, customer satisfaction and supply chain management.From retail I transitioned to warehousing and logistics leadership. Starting with Aulani – A Disney Resort, then moving to smaller local business’ So Ono Foods and Island Movers. I utilized my skillset to improve efficiency, bookkeeping & financials, teamwork, & morale. My B2B sales experiences comes from the past five years working at Dell Technologies.While at Dell I completed their SWAT selling program and started out as an account manager quarterbacking customer relationships selling hardware, software, and services. I worked with SLED customer and learned the unique buying cycles, contract codes, and funding.I was promoted into a Professional Services sales role and became familiar with selling services and support. I worked with both SLED and commercial customers helping them find solutions for the following.• Consulting• Managed Services• Data Migration• Residency• Deployment• Support• Cyber Assessments and ResponsesI discovered, qualified, assisted scoping, and was the liaison for customer and internal teams ensuring that the process from discovery to post sales went smoothly.Outside of my professional career, I am married to an amazing woman and am a father to three young boys. I enjoy sports, family time, and tech. I'm also looking to further my growth by training for IT based certifications.I take pride, professionally and personally, on the core values of integrity, compassion, efficiency, and continual growth.
