Supported HPE's OneView Plugins development and QA teams, managing all aspects of a computer lab environment. Position required frequent installation and reconfiguration of physical servers and software on both blade and rack mounted equipment to support specific Dev and QA SPRINT goals. Assisted with QA activities as requested. Managed server, storage and network infrastructure hardware and configuration to ensure continuous local and remote access to lab assets. Specified, recommended and installed new servers and switches. Worked with OneView, Synergy 12000, C7000, Proliant DL, ML and XL servers; Procurve, H3C, and Aruba switches; 3PAR, Nimble, and MSA storage systems. Developed and maintained automation scripting for routine administration tasks. Maintained documentation of configurations, inventories, licenses and spares. As member of QA team, reviewed and provided feedback for customer facing documentation such as user-guides, customer alerts, installation guides, and technical bulletins. Assisted customer support teams, providing access to configured hardware,and performing trouble-shooting procedures to validate customer issues and determine root cause of failure.
