Key responsibilities included optimizing business cash flows, ensuring funds and esp. forex availability to fund ongoing business requirements, providing insurance cover to protect business value, and overall working capital management for the business. In 2018, led rights shares issue to fund $120 million upgrade of manufacturing operations across our four factories. Key interfaces included global treasury, in-country legal and tax teams, internally, alongside global and local banks, auditors, tax and business consultants, externally. Cultivating close working relationships remained a key aspect of my role.
