Achievements• As a member of the Community of Practice team we introduced a new company-wide Quality Standard with respect to the Agile development methodology that the company had changed to.• Built from the ground up, a new web application to replace the existing Delphi based thick client.• Helped make the web application support at least 2000 concurrent users (from the original 20).
