As an experienced hospitality professional my focus has always been to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.I’m part travel agent, tour guide, personal shopper, event planner, first aid administrator, and now and again a shoulder to cry on - my role is varied and I love that no two days are the same.A natural people person I have found my strengths are in working with a discriminating clientele in a high pressured environment while maintaining high levels of professionalism and discretion. It is important to me that I create a first class experience for my customers – from booking through to departure - that is memorable and lingers long after they have left, and one where they feel respected and cared for. I enjoy the professional camaraderie that comes with working with like-minded hospitality staff who share my commitment to customer care and perfection. I am unafraid to be direct when I feel that standards have not been met or customer’s expectations have not been reached, and work with my team to overcome any obstacles or issues that resulted in a less than flawless customer experience.As a seasoned traveller I have been exposed to a range of customer service experiences – learning from the bad and taking a lead from the good.
