An educator with twenty years of experience, I have developed skills that would benefit me in a professional setting. Strong communication, energetic presentation skills, a problem solving mentality, and the ability to thrive in a face-paced environment, I am an exceptionally hard worker who believes firmly in the power of positivity. Though I enjoy the creative collaboration that exists in a group setting, I am also self-motivated and able to work independently. Over the course of my career, I have had the following experiences:-Delivered (and often developed) over 100 professional development workshops to groups of varying sizes-Analyzed the effectiveness of programs and problem-solved with a targeted plan to meet the identified areas of need-Used data to formulate a schoolwide intervention plan to meet the needs of over 1000 students-Mentored over 50 prospective and new teachers as they completed college internships or their first few years in the classroom
