Managed nationwide telephone collections for the Citibank account (bank and retail credit card debt), approximately $2M in collections per month. Worked on a salary-plus-commission basis, with commission based on collection volume and regulatory compliance benchmarks.• Supervised 34 collectors, all working on commission and salary. Responsible for performance management, including coaching and disciplinary procedures. Provided input in hiring.
