Nurowav TMS treatments offer a higher quality of life for our patients and provide an additional treatment option for all medical and mental health providers who treat patients suffering from treatment resistant Major Depression Disorder and other mental health issues.As Business Director and Business Development Manager, responsible for:- Operations management of all Nurowav TMS’ processes, practices, and compliance with standards- Accounting and financial controls management, including but not limited to attention to income, costs, overhead, and reporting results to Nurowav TMS’ leadership for action- Lead business development efforts, including but not limited to implementation of Keap CRM, development and execution of processes to contact prospective patients and providers, and regular meetings with providers, networks, and patients- Lead patient satisfaction efforts, and responsible for collecting results from patient surveys and reviewing / implementing continuous improvement efforts- Lead strategic direction initiatives, collaborating with other Nurowav TMS leaders, and implementing decisions for practice sustainment and growth
