Each year, in communities across the country, dedicated candidates engage in an exciting competition to earn The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) "Man & Woman of the Year" titles. Raising funds for LLS blood cancer research the candidates compete in honor of children who are local blood cancer survivors, the Boy & Girl of the Year.Every dollar raised counts as one vote and the titles are awarded to the man and woman with the most votes at the end of 10 weeks. Top local fundraisers become eligible to win the national titles.

Responsible for coordinating all aspects of events and implementing advertising campaigns-Developed printable materials for trade shows, networking events, and corporate meetings-Negotiated and booked venues, transportation, hotel rooms, F&B, speakers, A/V, entertainment, etc.-Generated database lists for our regional market territories as well as coordinating mailing lists

Responsible for daily shipping and packaging, customer service, documenting inventory -Introduced two customer focused packaging designs for luxury brand, Rogue Eyewear, following 8-months of work including research into high-end packaging design trends and close cooperation with Rogue’s overseas supplier-Researched inventory and supply management tools and introduced the inventory app, StockControl, to immediately improve inventory optimization and management across multiple platforms-Successfully maintained partnerships with Groupon, Fox Trot (Wounded Warriors Project), and Leukemia and Lymphoma Society to support marketing initiatives-Implemented new marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition by promotional advertisement campaigns, curated photo shoots, and loyalty program incentives-Managed multiple sales channel platforms such as Amazon, Karmaloop, Groupon, and Shopify

Responsible for in-kind donations, managing logistics, and social media outlets-Produced and edited a series of video tutorials which were distributed and utilized by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society staff, volunteers, and participants throughout United States and Canada-Worked on 3 Light The Night Events by arranging lists of retail partners, sponsors, local vendors, and entertainment as well as maintaining correspondence with them-Redesigned the local chapter website and maintained the site with up to date information as well as new blog stories of our honored heroes-Managed volunteers and Light the Night team members

- Consults the Director of Operations on opportunities to improve workforce performance, efficiency, and output- Produces and packages finished products as well as preparing necessary documents for shipments - Performs testing of chemicals in our raw materials, intermediate and finished products with the lab equipment

- Marketed services via telephone and by conducting in-person meetings with hiring managers and decision makers in administration and clerical departments- Interviewed and matched skilled professionals with client projects and temporary assignments- Managed ongoing assignments to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates

- Presided over a 100 member club dedicated to promoting service, leadership and fellowship on-campus, in the community, and internationally- Maintained a high level of membership involvement, engagement, and growth by utilizing guest speakers, weekly agenda updates, and motivational and informative presentations- Successfully organized over 40 of volunteer projects and club events through the delegation and assignment of duties to a team of 6 officers and several club-member committees- Gained club recognition at the 2013 District Convention, winning 18 out of the 25 awards recognizing such as superior service accomplishments, unique projects, club improvement, and club growth
