Growing up, I didn't know what I wanted to be. I took up AB-English because I am fascinated with literature, Greek myth, and the like. I have a Bachelor's Degree in English and a Teaching License but a teacher is the last thing I want to be. I applied and got accepted as a Customer Service Representative. I was answering calls and assisting customers for a Telecommunications company in the USA (TracFone Wireless). We provide troubleshooting steps and assist with order concerns, technical issues, etc. I have experience with phone and chat support. I also worked at the backend of an e-commerce company called Wayfair where we contact suppliers through calls and emails to ask for missing product information and media files. I have a certification from ASVA (Amazon Seller VA). During the training, I gained experience in Product Research, Supplier Sourcing, Product Listing, and Keyword Research. I am familiar with tools used like Helium 10 and Amazon Seller Central.
