Responsibilities:Responsible for all business aspects including but not limited to Inventory Management, Purchasing, Production, Social Media, Customer and Vendor Relations Management, and Business Strategy.Successfully marketed and launched a new line of products during second year of operations.Grew total sales by 30.3% in second year of operations.Established business relationships with Arkansas State Parks as well as international non-profit organizations such as Heifer International, and local community organizations such as Dunbar Garden, and Arkansas Local Food Network.Growing and supporting the local community and economy by working directly with in-state farmers and producers.

Responsibilities and Accomplishments:Time management of the cooking and turn-in processes.Meat selection and purchasing.Trimming and preparation.Recipe creation for rubs and sauces.Pit management including wood selection, temperature control, and other variables such as weather.Attention to detail throughout the entire cooking process including the assembly of turn-in boxes.
