Migrated virtual desktop environment from using all local Microsoft Services to the cloud by utilizing FSlogix, VMware DEM, Group Policies.Optimized Virtual Desktop Environment from 7-8-minute-long logins when hired to sub 30 seconds.Lead initiative to replace all existing Windows Embedded 10Zig thin clients to Wyse 3040 ThinOS thin clients simplifying administration and creating system resiliency. Lead architect designing multi-datacenter VMware Horizon Cloud Pod environments for state-of-the-art medical facilities. Designed, Implemented and Supported the roll out of a 6,000 user, 6 Hospital VDI environment consolidating 5 existing platforms into 1 Redundant Horizon Cloud Pod hosted out of 2 independent Colo’s to service all 6 hospitals, greatly improving manageability and reducing security footprint. Coordinated with an expansive geographically dispersed team to effectively train personnel and strategically troubleshoot advanced problems across multiple datacenters nationwide. Supported and Trained IT staff on VMware Infrastructure best practices and developed guide to assist in the day to day management of their environments.
