I work as a Sr. Director, Impact Networks at Metaimpact, a first-of-a-kind network that enables cross-organizational collaboration and alignment on the strategic initiatives that matter most, particularly when it comes to C-level priorities & change management. My areas of particular focus are strategy, sustainability/ESG, and action-oriented coalitions towards social change or better environmental corporte action. My mission is to create /support a culture of innovation and equality, especially for women and minorities across STEM, with a focus on strategy, leadership and business development. My passion is strategically tackling challenges alongside my client partners, to create thoughtful, high-impact, scalable and sustainable solutions. I am passionate about helping clients navigate digital transformation. I have invested in and advised several startups that are disrupting their fields with data, automation, AI, and wellness solutions. (Sending me Linkedin outreach is NOT a good use of time; I'm an approver on our investments, not the day to day manager or lead ;) I also support She-Can, a non-profit that empowers women from developing countries (with traditionally patriarchal power structures and impossible economic pressures) to pursue higher education in the U.S.
