Operating for more than 15 years in the 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 industry and with extended experience as a 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿, one would think that I focus more on numbers, than people.Wrong.What I have proudly developed through the years, especially within a company that holds the intentions and the environment to do so, is my true concern for people and their progress. Kindness and empathy are main characteristics that define me and can foster a culture into an even more anthropocentric one, leading people and teams to communicate better and more effectively.
