• Managing MV & LV Spare Parts: Identify required components, provide quotations, and oversee the manufacturing and repair processes for switchgear, circuit breakers, and other products.•Project Coordination: Handle the full lifecycle of offers and orders, ensuring alignment with factory processes and production principles.• Providing Offers: Preparing and delivering offers for MV & LV spare parts, Siemens products, and Siemens Air-Insulated Switchgears, while addressing malfunction and modification requests from both local and international MV Switchgear customers.• Technical Expertise: Offer technical support for phase-out panels, malfunction resolutions, and modifications for Siemens Air-Insulated Switchgears.• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, project managers, regional offices, and procurement partners to improve processes and optimize delivery for spare parts and related solutions.• Customer and Team Engagement: Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers, generate business development ideas, and keep colleagues motivated through activity management.• Professional Tools: Use SAP effectively for data management, risk evaluation, and analysis to enhance process efficiency.• Digitalization Ambassador: Act as a digitalization ambassador within the factory and Siemens management, driving process development and contributing to innovative projects focused on digital transformation.

• Supporting the Global Customer Care operations for Gebze Medium Voltage Factory MV/LV products. • Provide technical support to customer, PM and site team.• Troubleshooting of non-conformities in medium and low voltage switchgears. • Coordinating different stakeholders and subject matter experts at different disciplines of operations.• Organizing the processes which beginning of delivering spare parts& manufacturing critical parts& ordering stock out products to shipment processes of these parts as per customer requirements.• Working closely with the country/regional case managers to find quick solutions for global customers.• Tracking and reporting continuously non-conformities of after sales scope in order to improve quality requirements.• Actively usage of a tool to record and follow up customer notifications from into tool.(MTool-(Recording of customer’s notifications, necessary corrective actions related with NCRs, the required material information, technical description etc.)).

• Announcement of related trainings to university students• Representing the company at events held at the university• Supporting the determination of different campaigns for trainings• To promote the sale of trainings by reaching out to individuals who may benefit from them
